Login Issues
I cannot log in to my account.
- Ensure you are using the registered email address or mobile number.
- Confirm that your password has been entered correctly.
- Check that Caps Lock is turned off.
- Verify that your internet connection is stable.
I forgot my password.
- Use the Forgot Password option available on the login screen.
- A password reset link or OTP will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number.
I did not receive the password reset email or OTP.
- Spam or Junk folder in your email.
- SMS inbox for OTP.
- That your registered email address or mobile number is correct.
Notifications
I am not receiving notifications.
- Your registered email address and mobile number are correct.
- Notification permissions are enabled.
- Emails are not being filtered into Spam or Promotions.
- SMS services are active on your mobile device.
My dashboard is not loading correctly.
- Refresh the page.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Use the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Disable browser extensions that may interfere with the application.
- Log out and log back in.
Student data is not visible.
- The student enrollment process has been completed successfully.
- Appropriate permissions have been assigned to your account.
If the issue persists, use the Raise a Support Ticket option and provide complete details along with screenshots, if applicable. Our technical team will review and resolve the issue at the earliest.
